Our Onboarding Deep Clean is a comprehensive reset designed to prepare your home for ongoing Managed Home Cleaning™.

In addition to everything included in regular visits, this clean covers all deep-clean tasks that are normally rotated over time, completed in one visit. This allows us to maintain your home consistently moving forward.

Included in this clean: Interior window cleaning, cleaning under lighter furniture, cleaning under and around appliances, vent covers removed and cleaned with inside vacuuming, spot cleaning walls.

Not included but optional add-ons: Interior of fridge, oven or cabinets.

Deep Clean Task Rotation™ is part of our Managed Home Cleaning™ system. Along with your regular cleaning, we rotate detailed tasks over time so your home stays fully maintained — not just surface clean.

These tasks may include things like interior windows, ceiling fans, cleaning under furniture or appliances (when safe), or other detailed areas that don’t need attention every visit. The rotation is built into recurring service, so your home continuously improves without the need for frequent, expensive one-time deep cleans.

You can also let us know if there’s a specific area you’d like prioritized, and we’ll adjust the rotation as needed.

Managed Home Cleaning™ covers everything needed to keep your home consistently clean without ever needing a deep clean after the onboarding clean.

Every Visit Includes: Kitchen surfaces, counters, sink, and exterior appliances. Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Dusting of accessible surfaces. Trash removal. Home-specific checklist followed each visit.

And the best part - our Deep Clean Task Rotation system ensures all areas of your home are maintained on a regularly scheduled basis.

Yes we bring all our own professional cleaning supplies. If you do have specific products you prefer us to use, we're happy to use your personal supplies instead. Just let us know what you’d prefer! We use high-quality, standard cleaning products that are effective and safe for most homes. We also offer eco-friendly cleaning products as a option, which are gentler for pets and kids.

Yes! All our cleaners are background checked, fully insured and trained to our standards. We also carry a million dollars in liability insurance so you are fully protected! For recurring cleanings we do our best to send the same cleaners back each time. It helps them get familiar with your home and make everything more consistent. That said, if someone is out sick or on vacation we’ll let you know and send another trusted team member(s).

For your first clean, we do ask that you be home as we’re wrapping up so you can do a quick walkthrough with us. If you notice anything we missed, we’ll take care of it on the spot—no problem. Once you're set up for recurring service, it's very rare for our team to miss anything, but if something ever slips by, just let us know right away. We’ll either send someone back to fix it or offer you a discount—whatever works best for you.

You don’t have to do much before we arrive, but a little bit of organizing and decluttering can go a long way. If things like clothes, toys, or personal items are picked up ahead of time, it really helps us clean more efficiently and spend our time focusing on the actual cleaning, rather than tidying.
