Welcome to Claro Cleaning Services! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our cleaning services, including all bookings, appointments, payments, and interactions with our business. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Claro Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, such as standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services (e.g., carpet cleaning), will be provided as per the agreement at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Scheduling
All cleaning appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or via our customer service team.
Our cleaning team will arrive during the scheduled time frame. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee of [$50], and cancellations less than [3] hours before appointment will in incur a cancellation fee of [$100].
3. Payment Terms
For first-time bookings, we require a credit or debit card on file to secure the booking. Your card will not be charged until the service is completed.
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, and the amount will be charged to the card on file.
In the event that additional time or services are required to complete the job beyond the agreed-upon scope, we will inform you of the extra time needed and associated costs before starting the job or proceeding.
We will not charge extra for additional time unless you provide explicit consent to extend the service and agree to the additional cost.
4. Service Guarantee
(Initial Deep Clean)
For initial deep cleaning services, the customer is required to be present for a walkthrough at the end of the service to evaluate the work. This allows us to address any concerns immediately and ensure that the cleaning meets your expectations before we finalize the service.
Reccurring Cleans)
We aim to provide high-quality services, and if you are unsatisfied with the work, please notify us within [24 hours] so we can address the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will send a cleaner to re-perform the service at no additional charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide access to the premises at the time of service. If you are not available, please ensure that access is arranged in advance (e.g., through a key or code).
The customer is responsible for securing valuables or sensitive items before the cleaning service.
Please inform us in advance of any areas or items that require special attention or are off-limits to the cleaners.
6. Health & Safety
You must notify us of any potential health or safety hazards (e.g., allergens, dangerous substances, pets) in advance of the service.
Our team reserves the right to cancel a service if it is deemed unsafe to perform.
7. Liability
Claro Cleaning Services is not liable for any damages or losses to the property, except where it is due to our team’s negligence during the service. In such cases, we will repair or replace the damaged items at our discretion.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking, billing, and communication purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
